The 2008 Saturn ASTRA is available as a coupe or sedan. Three trims are available - the XE Sedan, the XR Sedan and the XR Coupe. The 2008 Saturn ASTRA is a 2- or 4-door, 5-passenger vehicle. The Saturn ASTRA trims are equipped with a customary 1.8-liter, I4, 138-hp engine and a 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive. However, a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The 2008 Saturn AURA comes with a 36,000mi/36 month basic warranty.
The all new for 2008 Saturn ASTRA comes with the following features: multiple safety airbags, child safety door locks, ABS brakes, traction and stability control, alloy wheels, tire detail, compact spare tire, stereo system with CD player, steering wheel mounted controls, cruise, trip computer, outside temperature gauge, telephone, vehicle location system, keyless entry, remote controls, remote releases, vehicle anti-theft, power accessories, locking fuel door, interval/rain sensing wipers, folding/heated and power adjustable exterior mirrors, illuminated vanity mirrors, air conditioning, rear HVAC ducts, air filter, tire pressure monitor, front and rear suspension, stabilizer bar, multiple storage compartments, automatic headlights, halogen headlights, fog lights, and daytime running lights. All of these features and the below mentioned upgrades may not be available on the ASTRA XE Sedan.
Premium upgrades include a CD changer; power sunroof, sunshade, power backlight window, leather steering wheel, heated steering wheel, front heated seats, and leather interior.
