The Passat Wagon Turbo is equipped with a customary 2.0-liter, I4, 200-hp, turbo engine and a 6-speed manual transmission with overdrive, but, a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional. The Passat Wagon VR6 4Motion is equipped with a customary 3.6-liter, V6, 280-hp engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
