The 2009 RDX is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury SUV that is available in 2 trims - the Acura RDX 5 speed AT and the 5 speed AT with Technology Package. Both Acura RDX trims have a standard 2.3-liter, I4, 240 hp engines that average 17 mpg city and 22 mpg highway. Both trims have a 5-speed automatic transmission. A 50,000 mile/48 month is the basic warranty on the 2009 Acura RDX. The 2009 Acura RDX is a carryover from 2008.

The 2009 Acura RDX comes with standard feature which include – power accessories, AWD and 4WD, traction/stability control and alloy wheels. Other luxury features include heated, power adjustable and signaling exterior mirrors, leather interior and steering wheel, air conditioning, rear HVAC ducts and controls, separate driver/passenger controls, cruise control, outside temperature gauge, steering wheel mounted controls, trip computer, anti-lockout and anti-theft. The 2009 Acura RDX also has power front seats with heat and memory, a second row seat that folds.
