The 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse has been refreshed for 2008. The Mitsubishi Eclipse is a 2-door, 4-passenger coupe that is offered in two models - the GS and the GT. The Mitsubishi Eclipse GS has a 2.4 liter, I4, 162hp and a 5-speed manual transmission or an optional 4-speed automatic transmission. The 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT has a 3.8 liter, V6, 265hp engine and a 6-speed manual transmission or an optional 5-speed automatic transmission. The Mitsubishi Eclipse averages 18 mpg city and 27 mpg highway. A 60,000 mile/60 month is the basic warranty on the 2009 Mitsubishi Eclipse.
