The 2010 TL is a 4-door, 5-passenger luxury sedan that is available in 8 trims that start at a 5-speed AT and range to the 6-speed MT SH-AWD w/technology and HPT. The 2010 Acura TL 5-speed AT has a 3.5 liter, V6, 280hp engine while the Acura TL 6-speed MT SH-AWD w/technology and HPT has a 3.7 liter, V6, 305hp engine. A 5-speed automatic or 6-speed manual transmission is standard depending on trim. The 2010 Acura TL has been carried over from 2009.

The 2010 TL 6-speed MT SH-AWD w/technology and HPT has the following standard feature - power accessories, anti-lockout, anti-theft, child safety door locks, power trunk, hill start control, traction/stability control, front power outlets, voice activated navigation/GPS system, iPod® adapter, Bluetooth®, communication system with real time traffic, DVD player with surround sound, automatic headlights, daytime running lights, fog lights, sport exhaust pipes, automatic climate control with sun sensors, rear temperature controls, engine start/stop, compass, cruise, voice recognition system, temperature gauge, trip computer with average speed, illuminated foot wells, wooden trim, a programmable remote fob, access card key, universal garage door opener, electronic parking aid with camera, front dual heated/memory seats with power lumbar, power/heated/signaling/memory exterior mirrors and a power tilt and slide sunroof.
