The General resurrected the Redline name (this time making it a single word) for the 2015 SEMA Show. In a first for the Canadian International Auto Show, an all-new car model made its world premiere there during the show's annual media day.
The 2018 Hyundai Accent, the best-selling model in its segment in Canada, has been redesigned to bring its styling more in line with the brand's other sedans. It's also 0.6 inches longer and 1.14 inches wider than the outgoing model.
In what has become a tradition at the show, media day marks the handing out of the Canadian Car of the Year Awards. Judged by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC), the awards program is now in its 32nd year and currently consists of the overall Canadian Car of the Year and Canadian Utility of the Year awards as well as, this year, 10 additional categories of "Best New" winners.
