National Toyota incentives are a mess this month, with most of the Toyota cars for sale being regional offers instead of nationwide. Many of the deals are very similar to each other, but expiration dates, terms of contract, and some values differ by regional area. Many of the deals are also carryover from last month's specials.
So for absolute sure results, our suggestion is to go to the Toyota dealer locator, find your local Toyota dealer, and contact them for verification on rebate or incentive terms and conditions. This is especially true if you are interested in lease specials, as the terms change constantly from area to area. However if you live on the border of multiple dealer areas, don't be afraid to leverage that advantage and find out which area has the better new cars for sale. A little leg work can help you get a better deal.
There are two main dates for these rebates to expire. The 11/30/11 expiration date mainly affects New York, New England, and Ohio valley area, as well as parts of the Southeast. Toyota incentives elsewhere seems to expire on 12/05/11 but verify with your local Toyota dealership when you use the Toyota dealer locator.
Again, keep in mind that not all these deals are available in all areas, and some areas have special deals that no other areas do. But the general framework is the same for the most part nationwide.
Toyota Car Incentives
The 2011 Toyota Venza has a choice of $1,000 cash back in rebates or Toyota 0% financing for various months depending on area. Several lease specials exist as well, but they all very widely by district. The 2011 Toyota Prius has incentives and rebates on it as well, with rebates ranging from $500 to $1000 and financing running the gambit from 0% to 1.9% depending on area. Still not something you see often for the Prius and we'll touch more on this another day.
Other new cars for sale include the Toyota Corolla and Toyota Avalon. The 2011 Toyota Corolla invoice prices in at $15,027, something could easily get under with the available $500 to $1000 cash back in rebates, but zero percent financing is also widely available if you rather go that route. The Avalon rebates are the largest among Toyota cars for sale, ranging from $1000 to as much as $2,500 depending on area. Again zero percent financing is also available on variable durations.
Toyota SUV Incentives
You can save $500 to $1000 on the 2011 Rav4 price in rebates, but the 2011 Rav4 also has multiple financing options. Starting with 0% financing and also offering longer term 1.9% financing, but terms still differ by area so be mindful.
Toyota Minivan Incentives
The Toyota Sienna is one of the few new cars for sale that has incentives available in both 2011 and 2012 models. The 2012 edition has 1.9% financing in most areas with some select areas offering small rebates. The 2011 Sienna has much better rebates ranging from $1000 to $1500 and optional 0 to 1.9% financing in various areas.
Toyota Truck Incentives
The 2011 Toyota Tacoma has some small rebates for some very select areas, offering mostly $500 in rebates as well as various lease deals on various model configurations. See your dealer for details there. Thankfully the Tundra has some quite nice rebates of all Toyota cars for sale, running at least $2,500 in cash back rebates and almost every area, or your choice of 0% financing as well. Some areas even have rebates on top of financing so be sure to check if you qualify for that.
