Earlier today, Kia Canada, Inc. released the first two official images of the 2018 Rio, which is set to be unveiled later this month during media days at the 2016 Mondial de l'Automobile in Paris.

Earlier this week, along with three renderings of the new model, Kia Motors Corporation issued a press release and renderings regarding the 4th-generation Rio.

First introduced in 2012 as a 2013 model, the current CX-5, with its KODO - Soul of Motion design language is not only one of the better-looking, but also the best-handling vehicle in the compact crossover segment. Earlier today, Mazda released a teaser sketch of the 2018 CX-5, along with this press release:

The state of Texas may be big, but there is at least one thing it lacks: a major auto show that can rival those held in Los Angeles, Detroit and New York. Making up for this shortfall, at least as far as pickup buyers are concerned, is the State Fair of Texas.
