The 2009 Audi TT is a carryover from 2008. The 2009 Audi TT is a 2-door, 4-passenger luxury sports coupe or convertible that comes in 8 different trims. The Audi TT trims range from the 2.0T with S tronic to the 3.2 Roadster Quattro with S Tronic. The 2009 Audi TT 2.0T has a customary 2.0 liter, I4, 200hp turbo engine and the Audi TT 3.2 Roadster has a 3.2 liter, V6, 250-hp engine. A 6-speed automatic transmission is standard on all trims. The Audi TT has a 50,000mi/48 month basic warranty.

The 2009 Audi TT trims come with all of the following as standard features: full power accessories, power outlet, keyless entry, multi-functional remote, safety airbags, emergency fuel shut off, trunk anti-trap, ABS brakes, traction/stability control, CD player, telephone antenna, steering wheel mounted controls, cruise control, anti-theft, leather steering wheel, fog lights, tinted glass, headlight washers, power/heated/signaling mirrors, driver power seat, tilt steering, trip computer, tire pressure gauge, automatic climate control and a heated washer system.

Summary VOLKSWAGEN IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2006 THROUGH 2010 AUDI A3, TT, AND TT ROADSTER PASSENGER VEHICLES MANUFACTURED BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 29, 2005 AND AUGUST 26, 2009. THE CLOSING FORCE OF AN INTERNAL SPRING OF THE FUEL TANK VENTILATION VALVE IS NOT ADEQUATE ENOUGH TO HOLD THE VALVE CLOSED UNDER EXTREME DRIVING CONDITIONS POSSIBLY ALLOWING FUEL TO LEAK.
Consequence IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, A VEHICLE FIRE COULD OCCUR.
Remedy VOLKSWAGEN WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND AUDI DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE FUEL TANK VENTILATION VALVE WITH AN IMPROVED VALVE FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN DURING OCTOBER 2009. OWNERS MAY CONTACT AUDI AT 1-800-253-2834.
