My Opinion

The SSR is one Chevrolet truck I definitely dig. I like the styling both inside and out. The SSR’s front end reminds me a little of Mater the tow truck from the movie Cars. In my opinion, Mater is the coolest character in the movie, which makes a used SSR a cool truck.

The Features I Like

I think the coolest feature of this particular used truck is that it’s a convertible. Now, how sweet is that! You get the best of both worlds - a truck and a convertible.

In addition to the front end looking like Mater, the grille looks to me as if it’s smiling.  It gives me the vibe that not only is one of the best used trucks; it’s also a happy truck. I also like how the front fenders stick out and the back end becomes narrow. That design gives this truck a distinct look.

Another feature I like is the door handles. They aren’t like conventional handles. They spruce up the exterior styling because they are different than what people are used to seeing – especially on a used Chevrolet truck.

Best Features

As I said, I think the best feature of this truck is the fact that it is a convertible. I was stoked when this truck came out. I thought it was one of the best new trucks and it was awesome to have a truck that had a hard top convertible roof. I just love the design of this used truck as a whole. Chevrolet has got themselves a winner in my book. I would enjoy having this truck sit in my driveway any day of the week.

Final Thoughts

Used truck prices being what they are, what truck person wouldn’t want the best of both worlds when it comes to a truck that lets you to put the top down? The 2006 Chevrolet SSR allows you to let the breeze in, and much more.
